Privacy Policy

We consider the issue of user privacy on the Internet enormously important. Putting the needs of the audience above other concerns is especially appropriate for journalists, who claim to work in the public interest. Accordingly, we have tried to build this site around three ideas: Disclosure, transparency and user control.

Our policy is this: We will not make any information you provide us with available to other individuals or organizations for any purpose whatsover.

Mistakes and Corrections
We hope this site meets the highest journalistic standards, that is, to be the best obtainable version of the information that we can make it, to be non-ideological, accurate, independent and focused around the user. When we make a mistake, we will sort it out and correct it promptly.

Questions?
If you feel that we have failed to live up to our policies, or if you have any other questions or comments, please notify us by e-mailing mail@journalism.org.
